Due to ever increasing copper prices, manufacturers are now supplying a cheaper alternative to conventional copper-based cables that contains a mixture of aluminium and copper, usually referred to as CCA.
Unless stated otherwise, our cables are genuine, superior 100% copper content types.
Where a cable contains either Copper Coated Aluminium (CCA), or a stranded mixture of copper and CCA, then this is clearly stated in the product description.
