A self-healing layer capacitor with a polythylene-pterephthalate dielectric. Suitable for pcb use, they offer high values of capacitance in very small case sizes and have low inductance and low loss characteristics.

Working Voltage: 0.001µF to 0.01µF, 400V dc/160V ac 50Hz; 0.015µF to 0.18µF, 250V dc/100V ac 50Hz; 0.22µF to 1µF, 100V dc/55V ac 50Hz
Temp coefficient: 200ppm/°C average.
