HT9205A - DTMF/Pulse Dialler IC (SEQ83H)

A DTMF/Pulse dialler IC with memories featuring `Last Number'' and `Save'' redial. In addition, the device has three one-touch memories. The IC will work from a 2V to 5.5V DC power supply and has a maximum retention current of 0.2µA. Supplied in an 18-pin DIL package.
